Dear Medford Stake,
I would like to personally invite each of you to attend stake conference during the weekend of June 1st and 2nd. Presiding at this conference will be Elder M. Travis Wolsey who is an Area Seventy from British Columbia. The schedule of meetings is as follows:
Saturday, June 1:
3:30 - 5:00pm Leadership Session - Attendees include all stake and ward leaders/presidencies, including secretaries and clerks. Specially invited are Young Women and Aaronic Priesthood class and quorum presidencies.
5:00 - 5:45pm Light meal for Leadership Session attendees
6:00 - 8:00pm Adult Session
Sunday, June 2:
8:30 - 9:30am YSA Session - Attendees include all Young Single Adults and YSA ward leaders.
10:00am - 12:00pm General Session
I invite all members to come to stake conference with a question they are seeking an answer to, and then to listen carefully to the messages given and to the Spirit for guidance related to that question. As additional preparation, I invite all youth and adults who are able to attend the temple sometime during the week prior to stake conference (May 25 - 31). To facilitate youth temple attendance during this week, we have reserved the temple baptistry for "walk ins" on Wednesday, May 29 from 5:00 - 8:00pm.
